I work in prepress preparation since 1995. Started in small printing-house "S.A.T. Unitel" where I have got my first practical skills of design and details of prepress.

Further work was in advertising agency "Sparks" which in general was pointed on small polygraphy and wide-frame print.

My next lap was full service advertising agency "Posters" where I fully sensed that it’s impossible to put out high quality production without competent prepress preparation. Good looking design on paper or monitor was not the same quality on the prints.

Then was printing-house "Balthaus Poligrāfija" (previous name - "Aka Print"). In this printing-house I began as employee of REPRO-center and afterwards became it’s manager. Working in chain designer → pre-press → making plates → printing-press → post-press, I learned many details without which qualitative offset print is impossible. Making films for another printing-houses specialising not only in offset print area but also in screen printing allow me to get great experience in this kind of print.

I’ve got experienced of layout preparation for flexo by working on a flexographic production as manager of prepress preparation department of "Geeta Print".

More than a year worked in the pre-press department of the company "Polipaks" as a pre-press layout maker, was trained at a colorist and have the knowledge and experience of making solvent-based inks from SunChemical. Now I am an administrator of the Automation Engine EskoArtwork server. Was trained and certified to work with the CMS, HD Flexo from EskoArtwork.
